All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Since all stickers are readily available in stock, there is no need for manufacturing or long waiting times. Your order will be shipped on the day following its placement.

Standart shipping cost depends on the country of delivery, but currently, we have a special promotion with a fixed shipping price of $4.50. If your order value is more than $35, we provide free worldwide shipping with tracking!

The tracking number I received is not updating!
After sending the order via Ukrposhta, it usually takes 1-2 days for the postal databases to update and for the tracking number to become active.
But if you are located in the USA or Canada, the tracking process will begin after UPS/FedEx receives the packages in the USA and sends them through USPS for final delivery. Typically, it takes approximately 8-10 days for delivery to the USA. After that, you will be able to track your order using the link provided in your order on the USPS website.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your planner stickers to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided that they are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges due to the high cost of international shipping.
How do I return an item?
