Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Vaalea & Tumma. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • returned in the original packaging where possible

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an error with the order.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Address

Return parcels are sent to our return address in Ukraine. Please contact us before opening a return so we can provide the correct address and instructions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos if needed. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • used items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us first. We’ll let you know the best way to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
