Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, new releases, or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
United States: no extra customs fees apply to US orders.
Other destinations: customs, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. We will do everything we reasonably can to make delivery smooth and straightforward, but any customs or import charges are determined by your local authorities
Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, though we will always try to help where we can.
Split Shipments
In rare cases, large orders or orders containing certain items may ship in more than one package. If that happens, you will receive tracking for each shipment.
